Last updated: March 18, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the BitCraft website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

BitCraft provides digital marketing, technology systems, and software development services for local service businesses. The specific scope of services is defined in individual client agreements and may include Google Business Profile management, local SEO, Google Ads management, CRM setup, custom software development, and ongoing technology support.

3. Service Agreements

All paid services require a signed service agreement that outlines the specific deliverables, pricing, payment terms, and duration. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any individual service agreement. In the event of a conflict, the service agreement takes precedence.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Generally, services are billed monthly in advance with a one-time onboarding fee at the start of the engagement. All services require a 3-month minimum commitment, after which services continue month-to-month. Ad spend is billed directly by the advertising platform and is not included in our service fees.

5. Cancellation

After the initial 3-month minimum commitment, either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, we will provide an orderly transition of all accounts, assets, and data back to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the BitCraft website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BitCraft and is protected by intellectual property laws. Custom work created for clients during an active engagement is owned by the client, as outlined in the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

BitCraft provides services on a best-effort basis. While we strive to deliver measurable results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as ranking positions, lead volumes, or revenue figures. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial information, customer data, and technical implementations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
